Last week, Stephen Lahey, of SmallBusinessTalent.com interviewed me for his podcast.
It went online last Wednesday and for the next couple of days he posted some generous compliments across Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. Some of it was just about embarrassing flattery, so I’m not going to share quotes. 🙂
But I appreciate his appreciation for the ideas I shared.
We all want to be appreciated and respected by those we appreciate and respect.
They’re the ones we want as our clients and colleagues.
We want the respect of those we respect. We can do without the attention of others.
And that’s what Stephen and I were talking about – how to talk about what you do in a way that gets the attention and interest of the prospects you respect.
So head on over to and have a listen to the interview.
If you find it helpful, leave Stephen a comment so he knows.
He has many other interviews there you might enjoy as well.

PS – I’m working on a new free webinar tentatively titled “Will I EVER Figure It Out?!”
This webinar will talk to you if you’ve been spending money on info products, seminars and so on – with little to show for you.
If you’ve been implementing what you learned, but what you’ve built feels like a stuffed bull – fine in form, but without soul and spirit.
